From the moment Rachel entered the examining room I immediately felt at ease and confident that my long list of questions today would be answered in a knowledgeable way. She is so warm and engaging in addition to being very patient each and every time I interjected additional questions throughout my appointment. Northwestern is fortunate to have Rachel as one of their team members and I am equally lucky she was assigned my case today as I could not be happier with how the appointment went.
