Although I haven't had my procedure yet Dr. Omar was warm and patient. She EXUDES intelligence and that set me at ease. She was not in a hurry and was very thorough in what the procedure entails and what I should expect.

Dr Omar is amazing! She is so pleasant and caring and really made me feel like my concerns were important and validated. -very professional, kind, knowledgeable and caring -provided great aftercare resources and suggestions for stomach issues -advised how to keep a healthy gut and minimize acidic foods -provided proper antacid prescription (has solved the issue) -great bedside manners -great communication skills -painless procedure - assuming she has great dexterity and eye hand coordination. -glad to leave a video review/public testimonial for her, I was impressed.

Dr. Omar exemplified what patient-centered care should look like. From the moment I met her, she was attentive and empathetic, truly listening to the symptoms I described and taking them seriously. She outlined various possible scenarios, explaining each one clearly so I could understand what might be happening and what the next steps could look like. Beyond her actions, Dr. Omar provided a sense of reassurance. She took the time to explain the scheduling error that had caused so much frustration, offering the context I needed to feel less like a number in a broken system and more like a person being cared for. Her confidence and competence were evident, and by the end of our interaction, I felt I was in exceptionally capable hands. Dr. Omar's approach combined professionalism with genuine care, making a difficult experience significantly more manageable.

Dr Omar is great, NM services no. Waiting 2.5 + months for tests is not acceptable. Also, she seems overworked (that's her problem) and therefore unavailable for questions to be fully answered (that's My problem). She did call me to explain a confusing follow up to a Sig scope which I appreciated. Are you guys owned by private equity and thus the need for these docs to see 40+ people per day? Do better
