5.0 star star star star starI've seen Dr. Salgado twice. He is professional, has great interpersonal/communication skills. never appears rushed and really cares about his patients. He was very thorough with me during my last visit and answered all my questions.

5.0 star star star star starI am very pleased with the care I received. Dr. Salgado has a great bedside manner, he listened to my concerns, and talked me through a few things. When the walking cast was not fitting correctly, he got down on a knee and assisted the tech and myself to figure out the correct size and fit. I would definitely see him again as a provider.

5.0 star star star star starI've interacted with Dr Salgado in the past (years ago), and he remembered me when he came in. What's the chance of that? He was very thoughtful and explained everything and has such great bedside manners. I would highly recommend him.

5.0 star star star star starHe took time to hear my situation and helped me navigate my choices for next steps. I wasn't sure I absolutely needed X-rays but he lmk if I went to specialist they'd do that as a first step anyway. I turned out that the xray spotted a couple of issues so glad he helped me think it through.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
