5.0 star star star star starJennifer was patient and gentle with my 10 month old. She demonstrated her intelligence and explained everything to me in detail. She took her time and reassured me with a treatment plan. She made sure I was aware of what to look out for and what I need to do when.

5.0 star star star star starShe listened and understood my situation. Unfortunately, my injury was outside the scope of urgent care and I didn’t really get the help that I needed from this interaction. But I don’t blame that on her.

5.0 star star star star starJennifer listened to my description of my symptoms, asked appropriate questions regarding any further symptoms, and performed an appropriate physical assessment. I was happy to hear she did not see the need for an antibiotic even though an antibiotic could possibly help! We discussed the treatment(meds) she felt more appropriate for my symptoms. She also encouraged me to call her back if no improvement or if I had further questions. I felt Jennifer to be friendly and very competent.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
