Professionalism courtesy to the patient respecting what the patient was telling her that she has done in the past to try to get rid of this. reoccurring cold/bronchitis, laryngitis, etc.. Her ability to respect and listen, Reflect ask appropriate questions and creatively addressing the issue to best help me.
