5.0 star star star star starDr. Passman came highly recommended and has for 10+ years treated me successfully for A-Fib and other irregular heartbeats/rhythms. He seems very knowledgeable, up-to-date on the new science and treatments, and very professional in his manner and approach.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Passman includes me on my care. He is always in a positive mood. He is concerned and interested in my health and quality of life. He investigates issues that I present and is thoughtful in his approach and assessments. He also brings in his team as needed and collaborates well with them. Dr. Passman is the best.

5.0 star star star star starHe’s at the top of his game. (I glanced over his vita, honors, etc. The appt reiterated that impression.) Dr Passman projects confidence, doesn't work by rote, works w his patient, establishes rapport, answers questions, puts forth options. The arrhythmia scares the hell out of me. Dr Passman said it is serious, but I left confident that in the coming months NM will make my heart normal.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Passman always enters the room with a big, welcoming smile and then shares his findings/explanations in a manner that is positive and assured, using words that are professional and understandable, but never condescending. He reviews past history, evaluates the present condition, and always has a future plan for the patient. He never seems rushed and took even extra time, in this visit, to pursue a post-op peculiarity in my lungs, giving suggestions on how to proceed to find answers, beyond the EP department. Always GREAT to see him!

5.0 star star star star starI’ve never been in the hands of such a confident, caring doctor. Dr. Passman has never once not explained my situation openly and honestly with compassion. I’ve never once had an undue anxious or doubtful moment while under his care.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Passman was recommended to me by an EP fellow as an expert in a-fib treatment and ablation. At my appointment Dr. Passman spent time with me to discuss my particular issues and explained the procedure fully along with the potential risks and his protocols to mitigate them. I feel like I am in good hands with Dr. Passman and his team.

5.0 star star star star starOnce again, Dr. Passman has gone above and beyond my current expectations of physicians working today. He is AMAZING. And . . . such a response rids me of my worry and gives me a direction to follow regarding the particular concern and its possible improvement with a change in meds. I brag about him to all my friends. He is a very special Doctor--a rarity these days. No one else that I have on my team (at NorthShore!) responds/behaves like him.

5.0 star star star star starI've visited Dr. Passman for a consult and have decided to have him do my ablation procedures. I've had one in person and now one telemedicine appointment with him and he's been patient, easy to talk to, willing to answer my questions, and offered an alternative treatment when wasn't ready to do procedures yet.

5.0 star star star star starWould not have any other Dr. for my heart. He is consistently excellent with procedures and outcomes, and he cares about his patients and takes the time to explain everything and answer every question.

5.0 star star star star starOver that weekend, he emailed me numerous (more than 5!) times to make sure that the varied adjustments in meds he was prescribing were followed up by Kardia reports from me. His concern was unrelenting, until he got results that would help me avoid surgical procedures which were the next consideration. This kind of attention and proactive approach continued on the following Monday, when he ultimately determined that we had reached a point where the current combination meds could keep me in sinus rhythm without any surgical procedures at this time. He was amazing . . . and I was more than relieved and happy.

5.0 star star star star starDoc Passman is a remarkably brilliant doctor. He has taken an exceptional amount of time to thoroughly explain everything going on with me medically. He is also the first doctor to discover vital issues that were previously believed to be caused by other medical issues from other highly qualified doctors.

5.0 star star star star starStrong reputation. During appointment took time to explain clearly and answer my questions patiently. He immediately tried to help me take advantage of an open surgical slot by calling his coordinator into the room to help w specific issues.

5.0 star star star star starI saw Dr. Passman a few years ago and remembered a very good experience. Seeing him again was another good experience. He explained test results completely, how my heart was currently functioning, reasons for next test with Zio monitor and reasons why I should also see Dr. Freed. I have always felt in very good hands with the doctors at NM; and I would recommend Dr. Passman very highly.
