I just met Dr Kaiser today & she is friendly, approachable & kind. I opted-in for a new feature --a 'video office visit' which is an in-person appt whereby the Dr can fully concentrate on the patient's concerns/complaints instead of typing on a computer. Progressive feature! Dr Kaiser certainly lives up to other patient reviews. She's an intent listener & quick to assess the situation. I was very relieved with the information she clarified on Barrett's Syndrome & am scheduled for an updated Endoscopy.

Dr Kaiser was recommended to me by my cousin who did GI precert before she retired. Dr Kaiser listened to my concerns and was able to perform the colonoscopy when a previous Dr could not. I'm grateful she did because she removed a precancerous polyp.
