If Emily is who handled my blood work paper work after I had to bring it to the staff's attention that I had been going on 2 hours waiting, she was very accommodating. If Emily is the attending or healthcare professional responsible for not seeing patients in a timely manner, then I would absolutely never refer her to a friend or family member, and I would drive to Rush hospital on the west side before I ever used the northwestern network ever again
