5.0 star star star star starHe is the most caring physician I have had in my 72 years. He really listens to everything I tell him, and he takes the time to explain everything in layman's terms. He is gentle and compassionate, an excellent caregiver. I feel very lucky to have a doctor. I trust so completely.

5.0 star star star star starDan is the best primary doctor we've ever had and as a former military family, we have had more than 10. His individualized and personalized care keeps us returning to Northwestern, (even though we deeply dislike the inability to verbally communicate with clinic staff in a reasonable amount of time and third-party schedulers are frustrating.) Dan is professional, warm, listens to us, empathizes and personally connects with each of my children who widely range in age. Our entire family sees him and we are deeply thankful for such a talented doctor.

5.0 star star star star starSeeing Dr Kruse is like seeing an old friend. He is genuine and kind. He is so easy to talk to. He has a sense of humor. He's a family man and it shows. He doesn't judge me .... he just talks about how I can improve to be my best self. He is also adept with the knowledge that he has crafted to make complicated things look and sound easy. I left his office refreshed, and that is quite the magic that Dr Kruse is.

5.0 star star star star starI like Dr. Kruse's approach and demeanor. He's not all "just business" where it makes you feel like you are not important; Dr. Kruse is very personable, easy to talk to, listens, and is open minded to not just "medical" type discussions.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Kruse has been through many ups and downs with us as Rocco has grown. He is always concerned and never makes us feel as if we are imposing on him. He is part of our parenting team!! I really don't know what we would do without him.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg. To learn more about our Disclosure and Professional Integrity Policy, and the conflict of interest policies of our joint affiliate survey partners, please go to our Office for Regulatory Affairs Policies page.
