Dr. Kropp is a calm, assuring, listening, caring presence. She looks at you when she speaks. She listened to my symptoms, asked some questions to clarify, did a good exam, and then told me her diagnosis, explained it to me, and prescribed an antibiotic for two weeks. I felt calmer as we ended my appointment. I knew I had been seen and heard and cared about. That in itself is healing.

She is a good listener, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable. She wanted me to have lab work after our visit which I did. I received those test results early the next day containing her comments. She also ordered a mammogram (I need to schedule that). I liked her and am happy that I chose to change primary care doctors and receive medical treatment from Northwestern.
