Northwestern Medicine Nutrition and Diabetes Education Orland Park operates a program to educate patients and help them achieve dietary and lifestyle goals for a variety of conditions, including all types of diabetes. We provide a nurturing environment that allows for realistic and gradual modifications, emotional support and the education necessary for progress to reach personal objectives. Individualized support is offered through private, in-depth counseling sessions with a registered dietitian.
