  • Northwestern Medicine Immediate Care River North

We are asking these patients to instead visit our respiratory evaluation center at the Lavin Family Pavilion, 259 E. Erie, Chicago, on the Northwestern Memorial Hospital Campus. E-Visit Appointments

Northwestern Medicine is committed to reducing the risk of exposure to our patients and our staff to COVID-19 (coronavirus). As a result, if you have a fever, sore throat, cough, shortness of breath or other respiratory symptoms at this time, we ask that you schedule an electronic visit to connect directly with an Immediate Care Center healthcare provider.

At Northwestern Medicine Immediate Care, we will do our best to start your e-visit within 15 minutes of your scheduled time.

Patients age 16 and older may now reserve below for an e-visit to discuss health concerns with a Northwestern Medicine Immediate Care healthcare provider over the phone. You can consult with a healthcare provider from home if you are experiencing:

  • Cold and flu symptoms
  • Allergies
  • Sore throat
  • A minor injury or accident
  • Nausea
  • Diarrhea

If you prefer an in-person visit, walk-ins are accepted. We are open for walk-in visits 365 days a year, from 8 am to 8 pm. Last patient registration at 7:45 pm. No appointment is needed. The form below is only for e-visit consultations.
