Overview

When you choose Northwestern Medicine for rehabilitation, you have access to over 45 locations throughout the Chicago area for your convenience. You’ll have access to:

  • Licensed therapists
  • A treatment plan designed for your needs
  • Therapy designed to help you regain function, so you can be more independent in your everyday activities

We also offer telehealth visits, in-home physical therapy (depending on where you live) and online scheduling .

Parking and Transportation

Patients can park in the self-park parking garage above the building at 1 West Superior Street. The cost is $8 for up to 2 hours when you get your parking ticket validated.

Patients must park on floor 3 or above.

When you enter the garage, you'll get a ticket. To get the validated rate, bring the ticket to our Front Desk and ask for parking validation.

You can enter the garage from Superior Street or State Street.

Once you are parked, take the elevators down to the ground level and exit toward State Street to enter this Northwestern Medicine location.

This is the only parking garage in the area that can be used to get a discounted rate when validated.
