Anal Cancer Symptoms
Anal cancer might not cause symptoms until it grows or spreads. Some common symptoms include:
- Anal/rectum redness or pain
- Anal bleeding
- Diarrhea
- Pain or pressure around your anus
- Itching near your anus
- Drainage from your anus
- Changes in your pee or poop
- Swollen lymph nodes in your anus or groin area
Many of these symptoms can come from other health problems. You should see your care team if you have any of these symptoms.
