Symptoms of an acoustic neuroma include:

  • Hearing loss in one ear
  • Tinnitus (ringing in the ear) on one side
  • Full feeling in the ear
  • Headaches
  • Dizziness or balance problems
  • Clumsy or unsteady gait
  • Numbness
  • Tingling
  • Facial paralysis
  • Confusion
