Symptoms of Uveitis
Uveitis most often inflames the iris, or colored ring surrounding the pupil. Because the iris controls the size of the pupil and the amount of light that enters the eye, symptoms can include:
- Eye pain
- Sensitivity to light
- Blurry vision
- Eye redness
- “Floaters” (moving spots) in the eye
Symptoms can occur in one or both eyes.
