I highly recommend her, I have smoked from a very young teen nature, she gave me resources to use. We checked in on the phone constantly to make sure I was staying on track and to this day she tells me I am more than welcome to call her at any time

My mom has dementia and is hard of hearing and Kiersten was so very patient with her and explained everything to my mom and it put her at such a great comfort level and she felt much better after the appointment. She was raving about Kiersten all the way home! Thanks for making a follow up visit a positive experience for my mom, a 91 year old with dementia who is very comfortable now in a hospital setting.
