At Northwestern Medicine, our patient’s feedback is important to us. While different care providers have their own unique strengths, we strive to be as transparent as possible with our quality of care.
Also, I recommend Dr. Widmer to everyone I know. I am very thankful we met her after our child’s delivery at Delnor almost 4 years ago. That made me realize we needed to have her as our family pediatrician, and we switched soon thereafter.
Dr. Widmer is wonderful. She explains everything in simple terms I can understand. She uses an abundance of caution and I feel like there is nothing that she dismisses. I feel confident my son is receiving good care.
Dr. Widmer is always amazing. Great bedside manner, excellent and up to date information on child development and parenting, thorough examination, and genuine respect for her patient no matter how small
This was our first time seeing Dr. Widmer and we loved her. She does an excellent job at explaining things but the thing I love the most is that she shows/explains what she is doing to my 18 month old.
We love Dr. Widmer... she is kind, caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. She always takes all the time needed and never rushes patients out. She stays on schedule regularly and she is amazing with babies and children. She is thorough and always makes sure you leave rest assured. Highly recommend HER and when I do it's with a big warning of the sacrifices associated with her practice being part of NM and your extremely unfortunate policies. Patients deserve to have access to the Dr's offices directly and comfort in familiarity - you strip that away with call centers and rotating staff. Which is a huge deal especially in pediatrics.
Very helpful and understanding with our concerns for or child, always tries to get us setup with an appointment asap. Also open to discussion of all concerns and questions for the needs of our child, not rushed through our appointment.
