Dr. Hardt is a caring and exceptional surgeon. However, I believe he could improve by spending more time communicating with the patient's family, particularly when the patient is incoherent and unable to retain information after surgery. A family call or coordination of care would have been ideal in such situations.

This is the second hip replacement surgery. I have had done by Dr. Hardt. He is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and nice. He also does an incredible job with his incisions...I can't even see the scar from my first surgery 3 years ago.
