Dr. Szeto listens to your concerns & comes up with an action plan. Also, I appreciated the honesty as she was running a bit behind and because of the staff's honesty I was able to get my things done & come back at the end of the day where it all worked out better for all of us.

Her bedside manner is perfect. She LISTENS to you as a patient - although this shouldn't be a novel idea in the health care industry, it seems to be. She is very thorough, doesn't rush you, is not an alarmist but also shows concern when there needs to be. I just can't say enough good things about her - she should be a role model for all family practice doctors.
