I saw Madison Kaiser, PA-C, and she was such an amazing clinician-- I had a fairly simple visit (uncomplicated flu A) but felt very well cared for. I could tell she is truly passionate about what she does and enjoys interacting with her patients. She took plenty of time to listen to all of my concerns and detailed a plan, made sure I was in agreement with that plan, and provided me with everything I needed. I knew the clinic was busy that day, but she did not make the visit feel rushed at all, which was so nice. Honestly one of the best primary care experiences I have ever had.

I felt all my concerns were heard and appreciated when some doctors in the past (not northwestern) have given me the impression that they do not believe me. I really appreciated Madison's care for my concerns and action plan! She was very clear and prepared me for lots of different outcomes

She is clearly knowledgeable, and she walked through the visit asking questions to really discern the issue (hip and lower back pain, which can be tricky, right?) to get to the best recommendation for my particular situation. She was also sensitive to some of the questions I asked about costs, and pushed back in just the right way when she thought it was important for me to know something. Ms. Kaiser is clearly smart and an excellent nurse practitioner, but she also has a great talent and "bedside manner' that made me feel comfortablel talking with her and confident in the advice she provided.
