5.0 star star star star starDr Mott listened and that is so important. Many times we have been through so much with our disabled family members and know history and how health can impact ER visits etc if they become sick. Her quick response and knowledge of this horrible cold going around was so helpful! Thank you!

5.0 star star star star starShe listened and took my care into consideration. She spent time with me and didn't rush me out like most urgent care doctors. I would recommend her highly to anyone. She also included my thoughts and questions in to the care she suggested. I appreciate that more than anything.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Mott had Nurse Laura and tech Alexus mostly painlessly remove the steri strips that were put on in the ER to a bad skin tear so she could assess the wound. She examined the wound, explained her thoughts for treatment, referred us to wound care and had Nurse Laura dress the wound. She encouraged us to see wound care, yet letting us know they were there if we needed them. Nurse Laura said we were welcome to call, if we had questions. They were A+

5.0 star star star star starDr. Mott explained exactly what happened to my arm, she showed me the x-ray images and explained each one, and she described the cast I would receive today, and the cast the orthopedist I would see Tuesday would put on my arm. Dr. Mott was thorough, caring and very nice.

5.0 star star star star starShe was quick to address my concerns and listened to my symptoms while evaluating me. She referred me to the ER based on what she was (un)able to determine on-site. I was grateful for her time and her evaluation.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
