5.0 star star star star starMs. Okigawa was a delight to work with both times I had an appointment with her. She is kind and really listens to me. She takes time to explain my condition and welcomes any of my questions with very satisfactory answers. I would not hesitate to refer any one to her.

5.0 star star star star starAshley is very pleasant and addresses all my questions and concerns. I've seen her before. And best of all - she makes the shots/drainage as pain free as possible (lol)!! And then makes sure I know what to expect after the injections.

5.0 star star star star starI am an educated woman and the more information somebody gives me the better. I feel that the choice that I have made will be the best one, and Ashley was wonderful and on point with all her information and gave me alternatives and explain the pros and cons of everything and explained every procedure she was doing to me. She is a wonderful PA and hopefully she goes on to be a surgeon because she certainly would be my choice to be my surgeon. I would recommend her anytime to anyone that had knee issues.

5.0 star star star star starShe is really nice. She hits the right spot for my cortisone shots so I get the most benefit from them. She doesn't hurt me when administering the shots. Ashley is also very helpful and gives me good care tips.

5.0 star star star star starShe always seems to find the right spot for my cortisone injections. This is important because if it's not right where it needs to go, I won't get any relief from the pain. She's also helpful in suggesting things I might try at home for the pain.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
