Kind and understanding. She explains everything and hears what you have to say. She has a wonderful attitude and a great sense of humor. Made me feel comfortable and welcomed. She understands my issues and would always look at both sides of the coin when making recommendations and she understands the patients concerns.

Jennifer was easy to understand. She was friendly and fun to be with. This makes it easier to accept healthy ways to live. Change can be a hard word...she helped make that easier.
