5.0 star star star star starHe is the best foot doctor I have ever had. I have had many foot issues and/or surgeries with 3-4 different podiatrists since I was in my late 20s. He has such a wonderful bedside manner. He also knows how to explain his diagnoses for what symptoms I am experiencing.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Krygsheld is thorough and very friendly. Took the time to explain my conditions and different courses of action. Made me comfortable about making a decision. He addressed all of my podiatry concerns, not just the one that will require surgery.

5.0 star star star star starHe gave me a detailed explanation of my condition and why my foot was hurting me so bad. He also explained why he thought that treating me with orthotics would be something good for me and he made me an insert for my foot which in a few days has given me a lot of relief for my pain relief I have not gotten in months almost a year. I've been in pain and within a few days I feel better with the insert that he made for me out of some foment tape I have never gotten such treatment nowhere else for my foot.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Krygsheld is kind and takes the time to listen to me and talk through options. He is more conservative in his care, opting for less invasive or aggressive treatments first when appropriate, which aligns with my own goals for my health. I appreciate that he did not immediately recommend more intense treatments before first ruling out simple ones.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
