Teresa is excellent at her job! She is calm, kind, patient, gentle, and yet professional and thorough. A colostomy is new for me and scary. She made it much less.

CNP was very good but N western medicine needs a better system for the new patient that is not familiar with the location of the different practices. Placing information personnel at the entrance along with parking attendant would be helpful.

First of all, expertise that inspires confidence. Then, friendliness, kindness, and humanity; all this contributes to my feeling safe with Dr. Teresa and knowing that any health issue regarding my wound will be resolved immediately. She is constantly available if problems arise, and believe me, that is a very rare quality today. Dr. Farris is the best doctor I know. I thank her for everything.
