5.0 star star star star starShe was extremely thorough. She listened to all my concerns; was very patient and kind. Explained everything carefully - Made me feel I was part of the process of my treatment - not just handing out instructions for me to follow.

5.0 star star star star starWhen coming into clinic that day I was in pretty bad shape with my lungs. Had Covid on jan2 and then a week later Jan 8 came down with an asthmatic condition that was very hard to deal with. Pneumonia was something I thought I might of have. Erin helped me with an albuterol treatment as well as just simply being very concerned about my whole situation. I’ve frequented the clinic over the past several years, and Erin was by far the best provider I’ve had. I’ve left the clinic knowing what was happening to me and what I needed to do if it became worse. She’s amazing!!

5.0 star star star star star* Good patient communication * She double-checked my blood pressure and changed medicine recommendations based on the recheck * She seemed to understand how stressful extended time in the waiting room is for patients. Even though she couldn't alleviate the situation, the empathy was appreciated.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
