5.0 star star star star starWilling to take the TIME with me to understand what is going on with me, and then willing to take even more time to help me understand what is going on and what potential plans might be. I really appreciated her curiosity and knowledge base.

5.0 star star star star starDr Yang, her fellow Dr [last name], and care team have been amazing. I feel so at ease, trusting in them and am ready for surgery. They are prompt to address concerns, explained everything clearly, very professional, and caring.

5.0 star star star star starDr Yang is the most attentive caring doctor I have met on my journey to diagnosis. She listens and ensures all of your questions are answered. She clearly is passionate about her work and ensures you are comfortable and understand your treatment options.

5.0 star star star star starI cannot say enough lovely things about Dr. Yang. She took the time to learn my story and me as a patient (something rare for a surgeon). She laid out her plan with my input, only doing what I felt comfortable with and gave me every outcome and reassurance. The best thing about her is that she CARES about her patients. I had a panic attack as I was wheeled in to surgery (a result of a very traumatic surgery not done at Northwestern or by Dr. Yang), and Dr. Yang held my hand and reassured me until I was fully out.

5.0 star star star star starDr Yang diagnosed me correctly on my first visit. No back and forth try this or that like other doctors. She listened to me ran tests that other doctors did not and led to my surgery to cure my condition finally after years of seeing other doctors.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Yang is concerned with getting to the root of the problem and fixing it. she took extra care in reassuring me of all that entail in my surgery pre and post. 5.0 star star star star starDr. Yang is truly an angel. She really listens to her patients, adjust plans based on their needs, and is a genuinely compassionate doctor (which is hard to find). I cannot recommend her enough.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Yang came highly recommended from a couple of people who are friends/colleagues with my best friend who is a surgeon. She was great and answered my questions and made me feel at ease. She and the other doctors who saw me were all absolutely fantastic! Definitely lived up to the hype! So glad I was able to be seen by her and everyone at the center!! They do a great job of reading and responding to the patient and being patient centered. I cannot describe how night and day it was compared to my recent medical encounters.

5.0 star star star star starDr Yang is amazing, she is down to Earth and made sure to explain every detail to me honestly but in a way I felt less aftaid of this procedure. I’ve never had major surgery before so I had a lot of questions but she answered them all.

5.0 star star star star starShe was great with communication in addition to providing a surgery outcome that included very low pain. We are hoping never to see eachother again because it's possible she's cured me of endometriosis.

5.0 star star star star starThis is my fourth surgery with Dr Yang and looks like she may have done it again - give me my life back. I got years of relief between my last surgery with her and the hysterectomy this month. It's still early but I'm feeling confident this is going to let me live my life! Honestly I barely had to talk to her, we were very much still on the same wave length and came to the conclusion of hysterectomy very very quickly. But I saw her for years at Loyola as my regular gyne and she opened so many doors to recovering my health on top of being so empathetic, sympathetic and motivated to give me the best life possible. I really can't say enough about her!

5.0 star star star star starMy previous doctor made me feel like I was making up my pain. Both doctors at NW spent an hour with me, getting to the root of what was going on and quickly spotted what the other doctors had overlooked. I’m truly in so much peace now and confident in my surgical plan. Best of all I feel validated and heard. Thank you!!!

5.0 star star star star starIn the endometriosis community, we are used to doctors ignoring our concerns and dismissing our pain. Dr. Yang was a breath of fresh air; she listens and truly cares about her patient's health and well-being. She has training and experience with endometriosis excision and utilizes up to date research to drive her treatment plans.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Yang presented me with other options for treating my fibroids. She remained present when unfortunately I developed an infection after the procedure. I recently had a doctor's visit to follow-up. My overall condition is doing much better. I thank Dr. Yang for not just being a doctor but also concerned about my overall health.
