Rachel has been both persistent in demanding that I engage in preventive self-care and patient with my limited abilities to discipline myself. At 77 I am getting good exercise, eating well and regularly taking medication that reduces risks of high BP, heart disease and diabetes 2.

I am giving the highest score based on the care I receive - and have received for a number of years - from Dr. Amdur. She spends time with me during any visit I have with her, answers my questions, offers advice - I never feel like someone she has to rush through to get on to her next patient. The above. I was late yesterday. She saw me at the end of her clinic. In spite of me technically being "an add on", Dr. Amdur took thr like needed time to answer my questions and to gather a full history for update of my medical status. I always feel comfortable thst I am in good hands. I literally was not going to change insurance unless Dr. Amdur was in network.
