Dr. Ravenna didn't interrogate or question the authenticity of my identity. I had many questions during my appointment and after I submitted through the website's message feature. Dr. Ravenna answered all of my questions, no matter how basic the question may have seemed which gave me the guidance I needed and assuaged my anxieties.

Dr. Ravenna has been my primary care provider since I moved to Chicago 5 years ago. He is the most genuinely caring and amazing doctor I have ever dealt with. I cannot say enough great things about him. Every single year when my insurance goes up for change I make sure I am still covered under him to make sure I can keep him. Northwestern is incredibly lucky to have him and l consider myself lucky to have him as my primary care physician

Dr Ravenna is the perfect doctor!!! He actually cares about his patients and LISTENS to the patients to precisely find out answers to questions WITHOUT ASSUMING BY JUST LOOKING AT THE PATIENT!! Dr Ravenna WORKS WITH THE PATIENT and gets to the point with the best bedside manners any Doctor could have.

I always feel heard by Dr. Ravenna and it means a lot that he takes the time to answer all my questions. I have some anxiety around medical care, but Dr. Ravenna has helped in easing that anxiety and that also means a lot to me. For example, I've been in and out of the immediate care and ER for the past month with little to no info on what's going on, and Dr. Ravenna was the first person to be able to provide me with information on what was likely causing a major health issue for me. I'm grateful for the quality of care he provides.
