5.0 star star star star starShe was fabulous. I expected to have to start back at the lowest level treatment and for it to take 6 months to get to a solution. She jumped right to the issues, knew my history with my ear, and we're on track to have everything done in a few weeks.

5.0 star star star star starKristina is a great health care provider. She's friendly and approachable but also appropriately technical and oriented toward educating her patients. It was quite reassuring to have my visit with her, and if there were an issue, I feel confident she'd have great recommendations.

5.0 star star star star starKristina was very friendly, listened carefully as I explained my problems and then assured me my problems were not unique. She proceeded to examine and clean my ears in a very gentle way, and gave me advice for cleaning my ears at home. I felt very safe in her hands. We discussed a follow-up visit in 6 months, and I scheduled that before leaving.

5.0 star star star star starShe was the perfect professional, totally competent but also friendly, while still being efficient. She explained what was happening and answered questions without being in a hurry. Still, everything about the appointment proceeded on time or was early.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
