I had an appointment and that day the doctor was not well and would not be in the office. I was contacted early that day and offered a phone consultation. Instead of just saying reschedule which could take time to find another appointment, I was offered a solution.

From my experience Dr. Khan listens to me. She appreciates that budget may prevent a patient from implementing a recommended medication and opting for one in budget, for example. She thoughly explains test results, procedures, why she recommends a test and she answers my questions.
