I have to say that the experience that I've had with NM dermatology department has been excellent. I've had a total of 7 suspicious areas removed and the care that I've received from Dr. Flood has been outstanding. She communicates via My Chart and gives me a call to discuss any major issues in great detail. I'm so very satisfied with my level of care.

Dr Flood was very thorough, her bedside manner was excellent and she didn't make us feel rushed, but we felt heard. She listened our concerns and also was very observant and offered treatment for all dermatological concerns she noticed during our visit. She was kind and clearly a very knowledgeable doctor. She is a top notch physician and l really appreciated her care for my daughter and would highly recommend her.
