I like Dr Romanelli. He is considerate and thorough. But I **hate** Northwestern Medicine. Incrediblely bureaucratic, seemingly focused solely on money/finances, and (honestly) inhumane in how they actually deal with their patients.

I only had positive experiences with Dr Romanelli & his nurses. Never having to spend much time in the waiting area for my appointments. Recently I was late for an early morning appointment during rush hour & very heavy traffic, but the doctor saw me anyway. His entire staff is very helpful & friendly.
