Dr. Otteman is an excellent communicator. She explains things clearly and concisely. She listens to my concerns and is able to answer them so that I understand. She gave me a plan to follow and brought me back to make sure it was working! I love that she took time to monitor the plan with me.

I give Dr. Otteman a lot of the credit for the pleasant attitude in the office as she is exemplifies that atmosphere. She is not rushed but takes the time to communicate clearly explaining any tests needed and exactly why it's necessary. That is also true in explaining any results. I am never excited to be in the hospital but being treated by this group makes it much easier to tolerate. Simply a great group.
