It was my first visit with Dr. Kassim and she was very good, not only examining me, but discussing various symptoms I have and explaining what she had to do and tests I need to have to be sure she can do the adequate diagnosis and treatment. She answered all my questions in a way that it was clear to me. I was very glad I chose Dr. Kassim as my DI doctor.

I only met her once in the scope room. We spoke for about 30 total seconds while she consented me for the procedure. Other than that, I had not spoken to her or even met her prior to the day of the scope. She was quite lovely for our brief interaction.

Dr. Kassim is a wonderful doctor with superb diagnostic and listening skills. She has a fantastic bedside manner! Amazing to find this old-school approach in someone young. She is very detailed oriented. I feel like my problems were addressed very thoroughly. In addition to her professionalism. She managed to be very friendly and concerned about my issues.

Fantastic physician! She took the time to listen to my concerns, and clearly laid out our action plan to get to the bottom of the problem. I especially appreciated how she turned her computer to show me what she was typing and to include me in the plan when we were deciding what to do in follow up to the appointment.
