Dr. Arndt explains and listens to every comment and concern I bring up. He makes you feel like your in the right place with the right surgeon! He even autographed the diagram he made for me (I asked him to sign it😀).

The reasons stated above. A very caring, dedicated and wonderful surgeon. My case was very difficult and he really cared about my surgery. He found I believe the best surgeon to remove my cyst so he could then repair my hernia. It was done in one surgery not two.

Completely thorough in explaining procedures. Listens patiently, looking directly into my eyes when I talked. Answered all my questions. Established an easy rapport by sitting on my level and directly in my sight line. Drew pictures to make condition and procedures more understandable. Spoke slowly, in a confident yet conversational tone. Exuded an easy confidence with no traces of superiority. Was not condescending.

Dr. Arndt saved my life. He is the kindest surgeon I have met in my life. He takes time with his patients and is highly skilled. Many people I know have ended up with horrible scars as well and Dr Arndt is also highly skilled. I truly believe he cared about me and my outcome. Which is now cancer free. I would recommend NW and would only go to him if ever needed again. Hands down my favorite physician ever!❤️

I have already highly recommended Dr. Arndt to the TOS Support Group. He is very thorough and concerned for your health. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Arndt is the first doctor in 44 years to relieve the pain I was in. I am very greatful for everything he has done for me and would highly recommend him. He has changed my life as I no longer have the severe headaches, neck/shoulder pain and inability to raise my left arm without numbness. He is the best!! Thank you Dr. Arndt!!!

Dr. Arndt has been very nice and understanding. My only concerns are that he did not have a specific post operative protocol for physical therapy, and that I am still having pain. However, he is also concerned about the pain and is going to continue following up with me until it is resolved.
