She understood my anxiety as this was my first biopsy. She clearly walked me through the process in advance and then again during the procedure. It was painful yet she was gentle and caring the entire time.

She explained everything she was doing. She found the spot she wanted to use for the biopsy very quickly. Once she had the area numbed, she performed the biopsy quickly and painlessly. I was not at all sore afterwards
