Sarah delivered excellent care during my appointment. I felt heard & witnessed. All of my concerns were addressed & I left the appointment feeling like I had a proactive path forward. As a medically complex adult with a spinal cord injury, I always bring "extra" questions into each appointment. Sarah spent time going over each of these in a way that I truly felt heard. Honored to have her on my care team at Northwestern!
