5.0 star star star star starI scored Sarah E. Folino, CNP with a 10 score. Sarah is very patient and she is a passive listener. Sarah is very caring and she makes sure you are helped and all of your questions are answered. I have not went home feeling unsure about a procedure that I felt as if I did not understand what steps are next. I sent a message to Sarah with an issue I was having a week after surgery and her response was quick and professional. I really appreciate her for that.

5.0 star star star star starI was very nervous going into this appointment for obvious reasons (she's a high risk breast specialist), and the staff made me so comfortable before Sarah even came in the office. She was so kind & very trauma informed. She told me what she was needed to do before she did it to me & asked permission before she touched me. That goes a long way in my book! She made sure to talk to me and made sure I was comfortable with the treatment plan before she did anything at all. Plus, the office got me in to see her in less than a week from the referral. Sarah, listened to my concerns , and I could tell that she really cared! It takes a special kind of person to work in this field, and she is certainly one of them! I would have no concerns seeing her again and hope that she can remain part of my treatment team should I need that level of care on an ongoing basis.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
