As above. She takes her job seriously and shows the patient by her patience and by her informing patient all he needs to know about the condition and treatment plans available that she respects the patient and will do all to effect a good outcome.

I have already sent a good friend to Dr Shum. She is the second hand doctor I have seen. I appreciate her professionalism and the fact that surgery has always been one of other options. I left the first doctor I went to because she said I should have surgery right away.

Patient and showed me the scans. I also received good care from the support staff that placed my cast and listened to all my concerns especially when an additional cyst formed. I appreciate that the staff listened and scanned my other arm just to be sure I didn't injure my right wrist.
