Dr. Jivan was thorough and took his time and made sure that we were comfortable with our decisions and that all of our questions were answered. He was patient, kind, and understanding. We never felt rushed, that we were a bother. He checked in with us throughout the entirety of the appointment to make certain we didn't have questions or need anything explained further. He made sure we had his contact information for when and if questions arise later. Highly recommend and we felt at ease.
