Dr. Hephner is a fantastic physician. She has a very kind and professional bedside manner. She is an excellent listener and is extremely thorough in thinking through interventions. She explains things clearly and looks at a person as a whole. She knows her stuff but also admits when she needs to look into or research something more, which I greatly appreciate. It is clear she truly cares about her patients. Her nursing staff are very kind and attentive as well. Best PCP I have ever had.

She has been the doctor for myself since either was in highschool, and then I chose her for the primary for both of my children. She has always gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and I knew I wanted that to be how my children should feel with they're doctor and I'm glad they do and are excited to go to the doctor instead of scared or uncomfortable. She is always happy, kind, personable, considerate, thoughtful and helpful in anyway she can be or direct us to get the help we need.

As stated in the reasons listed above, I trust Dr Hephner 100% with my care. In addition, I can reach out to her between appointments & receive her feedback shortly, not the "24-48 hours" as with many of our doctors which is a total turnoff
