Dr Puzio-Bell has gone above and beyond from our first meeting through today's visit. She took extra time, during her busy schedule, on two different occasions, to answer questions related to an upcoming surgery which is being done by another doctor. In my opinion, she did the job the surgeon should have been willing and able to do.

Dr. Puzio-Bell is an outstanding physician. Even though her new location is a long drive, she is worth the extra travel time because of many reasons. She listens and responds and follows up on all concerns. She is never in a rush making it easy to discuss health issues.

Dr. Puzio-Bell was exceptional in addressing my complex back pain, sciatica, and lumbar issues, which have been troubling me for decades. She took time to carefully listen to my symptoms, review my full medical history through MyChart, and provide a comprehensive diagnosis and treatment plan. Her empathy and clarity stood out as she patiently explained medication options, including their pros and cons, and how to use them based on varying pain levels. Her recommendations for X-rays, physical therapy, and pain management brought me much-needed peace of mind and a sense of calm. I truly appreciate the professionalism and patient-focused care provided by the entire NM Primary Healthcare team. Highly recommend!

It has been over 20 years since I felt comfortable with a doctor. I have told my family and friends all about her, and how much she listens and brainstorms ideas for my illness. She also has an incredible understanding about my asthma, and was very thorough today in explaining the next steps for me to take for further care. I truly appreciate her and her approach!
