5.0 star star star star starI can't express how thankful and lucky I am to be a patient of Dr. Mark. He has this comforting, almost dad-like presence that immediately puts you at ease_you can tell he genuinely cares about you, not just as a patient, but as a person. He brings a lot of common sense and clarity to every conversation, which is incredibly grounding, especially during stressful times. His room presence is truly unmatched_it makes a big difference in how I feel during each visit. Even when I come in with a team of people, he takes the time to really listen and connect_not just with me, but with everyone in the room. That kind of attentiveness and respect is rare. On top of all that, he's simply a skilled and knowledgeable doctor across the board. I feel truly fortunate to be in his care.

5.0 star star star star starHe is the perfect combination of an amazing surgeon, and a doctor with a wonderful "bed side manner" and great sense of humor. I followed Dr. Neault from [location] to Northwestern lake Forest to have my third shoulder surgery with him.

5.0 star star star star starDr Neault is easy to talk to and listens to my concerns. He doesn't appear to be distracted or thinking about something else when he is in the room. He listens to what I have to say end entertains my thoughts and ideas.

5.0 star star star star starHave been using Dr. Neault now for several years. He is highly knowledgable, caring and a pleasure to work with. My wife first met Dr. Neault when she was volunteering in the surgical unit at Connell Hospital. Dr. Neault will be an excellent physician for your staff at NM.

5.0 star star star star starVery kind and knowledgeable doctor, he took time to explain everything with kindness and smiles. I will be returning and although I suffer from PTSD and anxiety I have no trepidations of returning and feel confident my health problems will improve as much as scientifically possible. I am very grateful for the doctors and staff.

5.0 star star star star starThe entire process from diagnosis of my knee issue to completion of the surgery was seamless. Dr Mark Neault provided me with all the information and the surgical process in detail so that I felt very comfortable going into it. The entire team of nurses, anesthesiologist, and surgeon was very professional and everything went according to plan. I'll recommend Dr Mark Neault and Northwestern Medical to all of my peers medic orthopedic surgery.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
