He seems very busy and each appointment has lasted less than 5 minutes. On day of surgery , although I was told he would drop by before surgery and didn’t. In fact I had to insist on laying eyes on him in the surgery room before going under.

I felt comfortable and informed the entire time. The doctor listened to my concerns and addressed them well. He didn’t seem to sugar coat any of the issues that I may face when it comes to insurance coverage. I appreciated that he introduced everyone from his team.

Dr. Galiano listened, and answered ALL my questions. I gave a lot of thought to my appointment as it represented a significant investment of my time as well as the doctor's. I felt as though that was acknowledged. My reason for seeing Dr. Galiano is weighty to me, and he validated that. Excellent first impression.

Dr. Galiano is the most kindest, caring doctor I have ever dealt with. I feel good being cared under him and under his amazing team. Dr. Galiano is very responsive to his patient and makes you feel you are HIS only patient. That is how much care he gives to each of his patients.

I got the best care from my doctor Galiano and his team. Nurse Eli is the best. She seems to care and is very knowledgeable. My heart literally gets happy when I see her because she knows what she’s doing. While this entire process was new to me she was the nurse who stayed in touch with me the whole time. I am so happy with my results.

Dr. Galiano is compassionate and very informative. He started the conversation by remembering me from a couple years ago and asked how life is going. He told me exactly what is and is not possible, and said he will do all he can for my surgery. The staff is all very organized and booked my appointment for the next month. I was given all the proper instructions for what to do beforehand and I very much look forward to my next appointment.

I went to NM Plastic Surgery for a consultation with Dr. Galiano he was very warm and cordial. He took the time to listen and hear my concerns and explained how he felt he could help. Out of all the surgeons I have consulted with in the past month about this procedure I feel Dr. Galiano is one I will definitely consider for my surgery.
