5.0 star star star star starKathrine handled me so carefully, there was no judgment, she listened to every question I had and addressed them all. She clearly knew what she was talking about. And she made care so accessible. Even thought to send over today's medical report to my foot doctor that I'm scheduled to follow up with two weeks from now.

5.0 star star star star starThe care that Dr.Ritter provided to me, was a great example of a physician having a passion for their job. She actively listen, address, and treated all my symptoms. She also made sure I was cared for at my visit. I wasn't discharged, until I felt a little comfortable. Which was highly appreciated. I never experienced such care at a ICC. Thank you! Dr. Ritter

5.0 star star star star starFor all of the reasons above and more. Her communication was clear, firm and she repeated herself for my benefit on the important information so that I was fully ready for a somewhat stressful situation of my son getting stitches. That being said, it was not stressful at all due to the level of care and attentiveness. I trusted the team completely.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
