I went for another opinion on my hand surgery for arthritis. His procedure is a little different then the one the other surgeon recommended. Dr. Biswas seen very confident, relaxed and not rushed. He agreed that either procedure can be done for the same outcome but why he does the procedure in a little different way. The office was organized. He had an assistant who entered the visit into the computer and therefore could actually look at me when talking and not the computer. Felt much like how healthcare used to be in the past, and how it should be. I am also a healthcare provider and highly recommend him even if it is just for a second opinion. I felt no pressure in deciding who should do it.
