5.0 star star star star starFrom our first meeting with Dr.Biswas, my husband and Iappreciated Dr. Biswas' professionalquidance and support in laying outthe surgical plan for my left wrist. His upbeat and very matter of fact “bedside†mannerisms offer a lot to calming the unknown waters ahead for me as his patient. Thank you.

5.0 star star star star starHe explains everything very thoroughly and in terms that the everyday person can understand. I also like that he isn't one to jump straight into surgery and wants to treat patients without it if possible.

5.0 star star star star starOne of the reasons I chose him to do my hand surgery in the first place was because he came highly recommended and respected by other orthopedic professionals. I knew I could trust him. He has a reputation for being very personable as well as highly skilled. I had complete confidence that he would take good care of me. His team was excellent as well.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Biswas was highly recommended by people I know and trust, which is the reason I went to him in the first place. He explained my condition in a way that I could understand, told me what my options were, and I never felt pressured. I'm confident that if I decide for him to do my surgery, I will be in excellent hands.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
