Everything I expected to receive as a candidate for hernia surgery and then some. The whole idea of having surgery for the first time is uneasy but after my appointment I left completely relaxed and informed about the whole process/procedure/options. Doctor Fronza repaired my hernia with great skill and efficiency. I had very little to no pain afterwards and the scar healed in remarkably short time with significant reduction in all swelling by the time of my post-op appt. Doctor Fronza is a skilled and knowledgeable surgeon with a pleasant personality and calm bedside manner. He answered all of my questions with patience and calm with no rush. I will definitely recommend him to anyone in need of hernia surgery.

Dr. Fronza is an excellent surgeon with great communication skills, patience, compassion, and a sense of humor. He answered all my questions thoroughly and thoughtfully, and did a great job repairing my hernias with the Shouldice method. My recovery has been quicker and significantly less painful than I expected. I would happily recommend him to anyone.

Surgery went great - recovery was fast. I felt almost 100% in 2 1/2 weeks. He was very specific and clear on what he'd be doing g and what to expect and I was playing tennis again in 3 1/2 weeks

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Fronza. He's an excellent communicator, has great patience and intelligence. While I'm not an expert, my sense is that he's a top-notch surgeon, and so far, my experience post-surgery has been excellent. He explained everything in adequate detail, without judgement, or coming across as defensive, or as a salesman. When he came to see me and my wife prior to surgery, he was affable, funny, and put both of us at ease right away. The surgery went very smoothly, and my recovery is proceeding better than expected. I would happily recommend Dr. Fronza to anyone. The only reason I'm not giving him a 10 is that it's only 2 weeks after surgery. The healing should be complete by the end of February. I am very grateful to Dr. Fronza for his expert care.

From a bedside manner perspective, it is hard to imagine a more affable and likable physician. Surgeons generally have the opposite reputation so this was just wonderful!!! As noted, I haven't had the surgery yet, so I can't speak to that outcome, but every aspect of Dr. Fronza's expertise and experience is well documented from the quality of his training and what colleagues say about him. Being new to the area, I am greatly comforted to be under his care.

I had an excellent and satisfying visit with Doctor Jeffrey Fronza to obtain a second opinion concerning failed left side inguinal hernia repair. He listened to my concerns about open surgery to repair the hernia because of my age. Trust in Dr.'s skills, knowledge, and experience. His information and explanations was thorough and easy to understand and yet was at a great communication level, not to first-grade-ish and not over the top gobbly gook. The resident Dr. working with Dr. Fronza today, 10.17.2025, was positively awesome, impressive, on his game, and pleasant. I predict he will do exceedingly well in his career. Big kudos to both Drs. I would highly recommend Dr.J. Fronza to any family member or friend who needed gastric surgery. I truly believe he is a shifted surgeon. Also his follow-up care was was excellent. Dr. Fronza treated me like family. He scheduled my surgery 1 week from when I first saw him! That allowed me to not have to repeat all my pre-op tests, as I had had them less than a month before, as I was seen in the ER to diagnose this condition. He took the time I needed to answer all my questions!

Excellent surgeon, friendly, approachable. Called me from his cell phone to help Me make my first appointment. This is a guy that understands that relationship building starts from the first interaction and he fosters that. His team - Cindy - is the same way. Great people to work with. I can't imagine an organization that would make it difficult for them to enhance those relationships with their patients

I cannot begin to tell you how much confidence I have in this man. Dr Fronza takes as much time as needed to explain what he plans on doing to you in surgery.
